Like pasta to the Italians, noodles are an essential daily food to the Chinese. As with other cuisine, noodles vary across geographic regions and ethnic groups. In this menu, Hao Noodle has selected noodles that best represent the food culture of its origin, tailored for New York's dynamic audience without sacrificing authenticity.
At our Greenwich Village location, we introduce to you not only a condensed encyclopedia of traditional Chinese noodles, but also feature progressive culinary trends happening now, rather than the Chinatown taste that you are familiar with. We have included in the entrée menu sautéed, braised, stewed, fried, steamed and cold dishes to provide you multiple choices. We also have a small but elite dim sum section to satisfy customers with more options.
Since opening the summer of 2016, we have earned rave reviews from notable media such as the New York Times and New York Magazine, and have endeavored to become an integral part of the New York Chinese dining scene as well as a good neighborhood sitting room. We are grateful for all our customers and critics for these achievements. Hao means good in Chinese, and it expresses the intention we start with, as well as the standard we keep pursuing.
